Certificates and bonds are a very important part of your insurance program. We recognize the importance of working on your schedule, not ours, and provide you with the ability to submit your requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The appropriate person is notified, via email, when you submit a Certificate Request from our website. Your request will be promptly processed and a copy sent to you, in most cases, within 24 business hours.
Certificates
To make certain your requests are correctly and promptly processed, there are several simple things you can do to help us get your certificate out promptly.
1. Send us your request as far in advance of your deadline as possible.
2. Always provide us with a mailing address for the certificate holder. Certficates can not be issued without a mailing address, even when they are to be faxed or emailed.
3. Advise us of all special requirements. If you have any question about the requirements, fax us a copy to review. Please be sure to indicate, in the Additional Information section of the request, that you are faxing a copy of the requirements. Our Fax # is 863-688-6417.
4. Please remember that we can not change, alter, amend or add coverage to your policy, simply by issuing a certificate of insurance. In doing so, is a grave violation of the state insurance law. If you need to make a change to your policy, please click here to sign and complete the change request.

Due to the special nature of bonds, we request that you call our office and ask to speak to your Account Executive. If you do not know who your Account Executive is, our Switchboard Operator will be very happy to help you and direct your call to the correct person.
